Do you take pride in creating immaculate spaces and going the extra mile behind the scenes? We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented Housepersons and Public Area Attendants to join our Housekeeping Team. These roles are essential in upholding the luxury standards our guests expect across our hotel rooms, public areas, and event spaces.

As a Housekeeping Houseperson or Public Area Attendant, you’ll support the smooth operation of our hotel by maintaining cleanliness in public spaces, assisting Room Attendants, and ensuring prompt responses to guest and team requests. Whether you’re restocking linen, refreshing restrooms, or keeping our lobbies pristine, your contribution plays a key role in the guest journey.


Qualifications

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across lobbies, corridors, lifts, restrooms, and meeting spaces

  • Assist with linen delivery, removing waste, and supply restocking

  • Respond to housekeeping and guest service requests promptly and professionally

  • Report maintenance issues and ensure safety standards are upheld

  • Uphold brand and hygiene standards in all areas at all times

What we’re looking for

  • Previous housekeeping, public area, or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)

  • A team player with a positive attitude and great attention to detail

  • Someone physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

  • Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays

  • A strong sense of pride in creating a clean and welcoming space
