Job Description

Do you have a passion for hospitality and making memorable connections?

Come join our Front Office team!

You will be the face of the hotel and are responsible for all guest interactions, queries and requests that come through the Porter House reception desk. The successful applicant will assist the Manager on Duty in ensuring a smooth and seamless front office operation and exceptional guest experience. 

We need you to be passionate about what you do, willing to give it your all and have a strong work ethic. We also need you to be available and willing to work a rotating roster of morning, evening and overnight shifts if required.


Qualifications

  • Entry level
  • Experience in customer service
