What you will be doing:
- Greeting a diverse group of guests and individuals
- Checking-in and checking-out guests
- Responding to guest requests
- Settle guest accounts on check-out while providing exceptional service
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience for each guest you serve
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling Atlas Restaurant, Clarkes Bar and even our eco-friendly water bottles

Your experience and skills must include:
- Service focused personality is essential
- Being able to work in high pressured situations whilst still delivering exceptional service
- Highly organised with a passion for a clean work station and environment
