First impressions are everything!  As a Guest Service Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:

• Greeting a diverse group of guests and individuals
• Checking-in and checking-out guests
• Responding to guest requests
• Settle guest accounts on check-out while providing exceptional service
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience for each guest you serve
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling Atlas Restaurant, Clarkes Bar and even our eco-friendly water bottles

Your experience and skills must include:

• Service focused personality is essential
• Being able to work in high pressured situations whilst still delivering exceptional service
• Highly organised with a passion for a clean work station and environment
