Dans ce cadre-là, l’hôtel Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, Palace entièrement rénové par Philippe Starck, est composé de 149 chambres et suites dont 3 appartements privés, d’un Spa unique, de quatre restaurants : Matsuhisa Paris, dédié à la gastronomie péruvo-japonaise par le Chef Nobu, Il Carpaccio, italien étoilé en partenariat avec Da Vittorio***, La Cuisine connu pour ses petits déjeuners et brunchs d’exception, et Le Bar Long proposant une carte internationale tout au long de la journée, d’innovants cocktails et de délicieux tapas. L’hôtel est connu comme le plus parisien et contemporain des Palaces à travers : une Art Concierge – une salle de cinéma - une galerie d’Art - un concept store La Librairie des Arts.

En tant que Global Director of Sales, vous aurez la responsabilité de définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale du Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris afin de développer la notoriété et la performance commerciale de l’établissement sur les marchés internationaux.
MISSIONS
- Élaborer et piloter la stratégie commerciale à l’échelle mondiale en accord avec le positionnement du palace.
- Identifier et développer des opportunités de croissance sur les marchés clés (corporate, loisirs, MICE, etc.).
- Gérer et animer un portefeuille de clients internationaux et entretenir des relations de haut niveau avec les partenaires stratégiques.
- Superviser et accompagner l’équipe commerciale pour optimiser leur performance et leur engagement.
- Analyser les tendances du marché et la concurrence afin d’adapter les actions commerciales et maximiser les revenus.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements (marketing, revenue management, opérations) pour assurer une cohérence globale.
- Représenter le palace lors d’événements internationaux et développer le réseau commercial.
- Expérience significative (10 ans minimum) dans la vente et le développement commercial au sein d’un établissement de luxe ou d’une marque hôtelière de prestige.
- Solide réseau et excellente connaissance des marchés internationaux du luxe et de l’hôtellerie haut de gamme.
- Leadership avéré et capacité à piloter des équipes multiculturelles.
- Excellentes compétences en négociation et en gestion de relations clients haut de gamme.
- Forte orientation résultats, avec une capacité d’analyse et de prise de décision stratégique.
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais, une troisième langue serait un atout.
