Conduzir todo o ciclo de recrutamento e seleção para posições estratégicas e operacionais dos hotéis do Cluster Luxo no Rio de Janeiro (Fairmont Copacabana, Mgallery Santa Teresa e Sofitel Ipanema), garantindo a atração, avaliação e retenção de talentos. Além disso, atuar de forma analítica e consultiva para apoiar a tomada de decisão, monitorar indicadores e assegurar a qualidade e agilidade dos processos seletivos.
Superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;
Desejável Pós-graduação em gestão de pessoas;
Possuir sólida experiência em recrutamento e seleção (hunting, mapeamento de perfis);
Visão sistêmica dos processos de Recursos Humanos;
Conhecimento em ferramentas de avaliação e mapeamento de perfil comportamental;
Operação de sistemas de R&S;
Pacote Office Intermediário (Excel);
Senso de urgência;
Ótimo relacionamento interpessoal;
Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
Perfil analítico, crítico e inovador;
Empatia;
Desejável experiência no segmento de hotelaria de luxo e conhecimento em práticas de employer branding e estratégias de atração.
