Tribe Auckland is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations leader to lead the team as General Manager.
Job Description
As General Manager, you will have a hands on approach, a drive for achieving a high level of guest service and a strong leader of the people.
- A highly organized individual, who will lead the Hotel.
- Providing strategic leadership to achieve the hotel's financial and operational objectives.
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- A high level of effective communication with key stakeholders & Hotel Owners.
- Providing strategic leadership to achieve the hotel's financial and operational objectives.
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Leading, developing and inspiring the team to create a great team culture and exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Hotel Operations & Food & Beverage Management
- Demonstrated strategic and operational leadership experience, with the ability to clearly articulate direction and coach the team.
- A proven track record of maintaining excellent product and service standards.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
- Ability to build, maintain and seek new opportunities / partnerships within the local market
- A positive and energetic attitude
- An infectious passion for delivering a memorable guest experience and creating loyalty of guests.
