TRIBE Auckland Fort Street marks the brands grand entrance into Aotearoa New Zealand, serving as a stylish destination where guests and locals can work, play, and relax with its bold personality and socially connected culture. Located in the heart of the Auckland CBD, the design-led midscale brand by Accor, boasts 60 compact but ultra-comfy guestrooms featuring the latest technologies, a lobby bar, terrace, and social hub.
Tribe Auckland is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations leader to lead the pre-opening team as General Manager.
As our opening General Manager, you will have a hands on approach, a drive for achieving a high level of guest service and a strong leader of the people to ensure a seamless pre-opening phase for Tribe Auckland.
- A highly organized individual, who will lead the Hotel, overseeing the pre-opening team.
- Providing strategic leadership to achieve the hotel's financial and operational objectives.
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- A high level of effective communication with key stakeholders & Hotel Owners.

- Leading, developing and inspiring the team to create a great team culture and exceptional guest experiences.
- Previous experience in Hotel Operations & Food & Beverage Management
- Demonstrated strategic and operational leadership experience, with the ability to clearly articulate direction and coach the team.
- A proven track record of maintaining excellent product and service standards.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
- Ability to build, maintain and seek new opportunities / partnerships within the local market
- A positive and energetic attitude
- An infectious passion for delivering a memorable guest experience and creating loyalty of guests.
