We are looking for a passionate talent with former General Manager experience in Lifestyle, Premium or Luxury segment of hospitality, to lead the operations of a five-star hotel under the Pullman brand in Budapest. This unique property is located in the heart of Budapest, right in the city center (District 6), offering 136 rooms, a restaurant & bar, rooftop event space, gym, meeting rooms - combining lifestyle and design, for business and leisure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Successful management of a five-star hotel, operated under Pullman brand via Hotel Management Agreement. Strengthen the hotel’s market position, focusing on topline development. Plan and manage the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, talents, corporate, owner) satisfaction and quality service while meeting / exceeding financial goals. Development and reposition the Restaurant & Bar concept toward the city trend, developing a destination restaurant concept.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Hotel General Manager position
- Lifestyle, Premium or Luxury experience in managerial positions
- Strong operational background
- Outstanding sales acumen, commercial mindset
- Fluency in English language
- Hungarian language knowledge is a competitive advantage
- Ability to manage relationship with owner and manager in the frame of Hotel Management Agreement
- Leadership, autonomy
- Service and quality minded character
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and team management skills
- Ability to create positive, effective and sustainable working relationships at all levels
