Formé(e) sous la responsabilité de notre Direction, en tant que stagiaire Assistant de Direction Générale, vous :
- Assister la direction générale dans l’organisation, la coordination et le suivi des activités quotidiennes de l’hôtel.
- Organiser les réunions internes et externes, préparer les supports nécessaires
- Rédiger des comptes rendus, courriers, notes de service
- Suivi des indicateurs de performance (satisfaction client, taux d’occupation…)
- Participation à la gestion des plannings et de l’organisation des équipes
- Coordination avec les différents services (accueil, housekeeping, F&B)
- Participation à des projets d’amélioration continue
- Veille concurrentielle et propositions d’optimisation de process
- Organisation, rigueur et discrétion
- Esprit d’initiative et d’imagination,
- Appétences pour l’informatique appliquée à la gestion et pour la digitalisation
- Excellent sens relationnel, véritable désir de satisfaire les clients internes (chefs de service).
- Maitrise de l’anglais est recommandée.
- Master Hôtellerie, Restauration ou équivalent
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques
