Garantizar la operación fluida del hotel durante su turno, actuando como representante del hotel, proporcionar soporte operativo a todas las áreas durante su turno. Supervisar y tomar decisiones en ausencia de los gerentes de área, así como acompañar al área de control y monitoreo en caso de incidencias o emergencias que puedan ocurrir.
- Supervisar las operaciones generales del hotel durante el turno asignado, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y servicio.
- Reemplazar a los gerentes de las áreas operativas en caso de ausencia, garantizando la continuidad de las operaciones.
- Coordinar y apoyar la resolución de problemas operativos y de servicio que puedan surgir durante su turno.
- Acompañar al área de control y monitoreo en caso de emergencias o incidencias reportadas al 2155, liderando la implementación de los protocolos de seguridad establecidos.
- Tomar decisiones rápidas y eficaces en situaciones críticas, asegurando la satisfacción de los huéspedes y el bienestar del personal.
- Gestionar y resolver quejas o incidentes de los huéspedes de manera profesional y oportuna.
- Supervisar la correcta ejecución de procesos en recepción, alimentos y bebidas, housekeeping, mantenimiento, y otras áreas clave del hotel.
- Elaborar reportes diarios de incidencias y actividades realizadas durante su turno para informar a la Gerencia General y a los gerentes de área.
- Monitorear el cumplimiento de las normativas internas y los protocolos de seguridad del hotel.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de supervisión de Front Desk.
- Formación académica en Administración, Hotelería y/o afines.
- Experiencia en hoteles de 5*
- Manejo intermedio-avanzado de sistemas de gestión hotelera (Opera).
- Manejo de MS Office a nivel intermedio - avanzado.
- Inglés avanzado (Indispensable)
