Novotel Liverpool Centre is looking for a General Manager ready to lead, inspire, and leave a lasting impact. If you’re driven, passionate about hospitality, and want to shape unforgettable guest experiences, this is your stage.

The hotel offers 180 modern rooms, 5 flexible meeting rooms, a vibrant restaurant and bar, and easy access to Albert Dock and The Beatles Story. Guests enjoy convenience, quality, and a touch of Liverpool’s energy in every stay.


Job Description

YOUR ROLE :

  • Lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing team that delivers excellence every day.
  • Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring seamless service from front desk to F&B.
  • Create a positive, inclusive culture where people love to work and grow.
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and operational performance across all departments.
  • Set and maintain the highest standards of guest experience and hotel presentation.
  • Represent the hotel within the local community and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Manager in a comparable hotel environment.
  • Commercially focused with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
