The Crown Krakow - Handwritten Collectionto hotel posiadający 44 pokoje, zlokalizowany przy ulicy Królewskiej, w centrum zabytkowej części Krakowa. Znajduje się w odległości krótkiego spaceru od Starego Miasta, głównych atrakcji turystycznych i miejsc wpisanych na Listę Światowego Dziedzictwa UNESCO. Położony w XV-wiecznej dzielnicy, dobrze skomunikowany z zabytkami i atrakcjami. Wnętrza inspirowane stylem Art Deco, pełne złoceni i wysokiej jakości materiałów tworzą klimat elegancji i wyrafinowania. Nowoczesne i komfortowe pokoje tworzą harmonijną przestrzeń.
Opis stanowiska:
- zarządzanie operacyjne, celem zapewnienia efektywnej działalności obiektu hotelowego z restauracją
- opracowanie strategii marketingowo - sprzedażowej - pozyskiwanie nowych klientów
- tworzenie i realizacja budżetu operacyjnego
- wdrażanie rozwiązań, nadzorowanie przestrzegania standardów operacyjnych, optymalizacja procesów
- budowanie pozytywnych relacji z Gośćmi, dbałość o jakość obsługi i pozytywny wizerunek obiektu hotelowego i restauracji
- nadzorowanie i koordynowanie pracy podległego personelu
Od kandydatów oczekujemy:
- wyższego wykształcenia
- doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w branży hotelarsko – gastronomicznej – wymóg niezbędny
- umiejętności kompleksowego zarządzania zespołem oraz obiektem
- biegłej znajomości języka polskiego
- biegłej znajomości języka angielskiego
- bardzo dobrej umiejętności obsługi komputera (pakiet MS Office / oprogramowanie hotelowe)
- umiejętności wyznaczania priorytetów i koordynowania kilku zadań jednocześnie
- skuteczności w działaniu i determinacji w dążeniu do celu
- elastyczności i dyspozycyjności
- prawa jazdy kat. B
- w przypadku obcokrajowców wymagany jest status rezydenta EU
