Estamos em busca de um Assistente Administrativo para atuar no suporte às atividades administrativas da obra do Sofitel Ipanema. A posição é efetiva e exige organização, atenção aos detalhes e habilidade para lidar com múltiplas demandas. As principais responsabilidades incluem a gestão e organização de documentos administrativos da obra, controle e acompanhamento de pagamentos e notas fiscais, suporte na comunicação entre fornecedores, equipe da obra e administração do hotel, controle de solicitações de materiais e serviços e apoio em atividades gerais do setor.
Experiência prévia em atividades administrativas, conhecimento intermediário no Pacote Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), organização, atenção aos detalhes, boa comunicação e inglês avançado. Será um diferencial ter experiência no setor hoteleiro ou em apoio administrativo para obras, além de conhecimento em controle financeiro e gestão de documentação de fornecedores.
