A great opportunity has arisen for a General Manager to lead the team at the ibis Budget Manchester Salford Quays, part of the ibis family, located in Salford Quays, a vibrant waterfront development on the outskirts of Manchester. With 210 rooms and  with an easy access in and out of the city and plentiful entertainment on our doorstep, ibis Budget Manchester Salford Quays is a great balance of location and affordability.

If you are a passionate, commercial and forward thinking General Manager, with proven experience to lead and motivate a team of talented individuals we have a role for you.

 


Job Description

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING:

In your role you will be responsible for the entire Hotel operation and standards of the product and services.

You will actively seek new business and ways of optimising profit.

You are the first point of contact for our guests and colleagues.

You will be instrumental in coaching and developing a high achieving team.


Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

This is an excellent opportunity for a first time General Manager or one looking to build on their experience with another property providing individual challenge and personal development.
