Muhasebe işlemlerinin takvimine uygun olarak takip edilmesini sağlamak
Günlük resmi müşteri listesini ön bürodan teslim almak ve kontrol ederek dosyalamak
Günlük, haftalık ve aylık merkez ve genel müdürlüğe sunulan raporların muhasebe ilgili bölümlerini hazırlamak
Düzenlenen faturaları tüm detay evrakları ile birlikte acentalara göre dosyalamak
Rezervasyon backupları ile basılan fiyat arasında uyuşmazlık tespit edildiğinde, rezervasyon departmanını fiyat kontrolünün yapılması için bilgilendirmek ve işlem sonuçlanana kadar takip etmek
Günlük önbüro sisteminden City Ledger işlemlere ait e fatura , e arşiv faturalarını kontrol etmek
Üniversitelerin veya MYO'nın ilgili bölümlerinden mezun,
Turizm sektöründe en az 2 yıl tecrübeli Gelirler ve Krediler konusunda deneyime sahip
Netsis, Micros ve Opera programlarını kullanabilen
MS Office programlarına hakim
Esnek çalışma saatlerine ayak uydurabilen
Analitik düşünebilen
Dikkatli, zamanı iyi yöneten,
