Objetivo:
Atender e servir o cliente no café da manhã/bar/restaurante/loja de conveniência, conforme o estilo da marca de atuação. Estimular as vendas, garantindo a qualidade dos produtos oferecidos, de acordo com as práticas essenciais da área. Colocar os clientes no “coração” de tudo o que for realizado, a fim de oferecer a eles uma experiência única e inesquecível, em alinhamento à Cultura de Serviços AccorHotels.
Atribuições e responsabilidades:
- Receber os clientes e controlar o consumo.
- Montar o buffet para o café da manhã/almoço/jantar e garantir sua reposição, bem como preparar coffee breaks de eventos.
- Servir o couvert, quando necessário. Emitir o pedido de bebidas e auxiliar os clientes na escolha do prato / acompanhamentos.
- Vender ativamente os itens do cardápio do restaurante e do bar.
- Retirar pratos e talheres da mesa após a refeição. Oferecer sobremesa e café aos clientes, no caso de almoço ou jantar. Encerrado o serviço, seguir o procedimento de faturamento de sua marca de atuação.
- Controlar e repor estoques.
- Efetuar o controle e o fechamento do caixa. Realizar correções necessárias, registrando-as conforme as práticas do Autocontrole.
- Elaborar planilha de perdas e inventários mensais dos utensílios, bebidas e itens servidos no bar/restaurante/loja de conveniência.
Mínimas:
- Ensino Médio Completo;
- Conhecimentos básicos de Informática (Word, Excel e Internet);
- Inglês básico.
Desejáveis:
- Formação de Garçom, ou outros cursos na área Curso de Boas Práticas de Segurança Alimentar;
- Sistema de PDV / Micros;
- Inglês Intermediário.

- Escala: 6x1. Horário: 06:00 às 14:20.

- Escala: 12x36. Horário: 10h às 22:00.
