We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and highly motivated Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team and ensure every guest feels at home from the moment they arrive.


Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee all front office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

  • Lead, train, and inspire the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service.

  • Manage check-in/check-out procedures with a focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue.

  • Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities.

  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

  • Maintain and implement Novotel brand standards, ensuring excellence in every interaction.


Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest service with a proactive and positive attitude.

  • Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera experience preferred).

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
