Job Description

We are looking for you to join our management team as a Resident Manager!

We are looking for a committed and independent personality who will keep our hotel on course for growth and work with us to develop and implement new and efficient processes. Together with you, we would like to further establish the hotel on the Viennese hotel market and shake up the old dust to let the hotel shine in new splendour.

Your tasks:

Operational management of our hotel with a focus on front office and housekeeping
Hotel and brand ambassador 
Management, development and retention of employees
Contact person for our guests, including ensuring guest satisfaction
Preparatory accounting & payroll accounting
Implementation and further development of our quality standards
Assuming responsibility as managing director under commercial law
Budget and forecasting in collaboration with our Cluster General Manager

 


Qualifications

What do you bring with you?

Hotel or service-related training or studies
Several years of experience in the rooms area (Rooms Division Manager or Front Office Manager, ...)
at least 2 years of professional experience as Operations or Hotel Manager or similar is desirable
High service and service orientation
proficient knowledge of hotel management systems
very good knowledge of English
