Job Description

We are seeking a highly energized, organized and professional candidate to assist in leading our Room Reservations team at the Castle in the Rockies!

Are you one who is looking to grow your skills in the area of Reservations and Revenue Management, within the hospitality industry, whilst enjoying the breathtaking setting of the Canadian Rockies?

Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $67,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education

Job Duties Include:

  • Lead and develop the overnight Front Desk and Royal Service teams, including recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering a positive, empowered work environment.

  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction, handling inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining high standards and implementing service improvements.

  • Oversee nightly operations and front office procedures, including check-ins/outs, billing, night audit tasks, and accurate reporting.

  • Maintain safety, security, and emergency response readiness for all guests and colleagues, acting as the overnight duty manager and collaborating closely with Security.

  • Uphold compliance with hotel policies, standards, and systems, ensuring operational excellence, time and attendance tracking, and alignment with Accor and Fairmont values.


Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Hotel leadership role
  • Computer literacy required: PROPERTY manager or another property management system, Excel, Word, Time and Attendance, Watson
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative leader who thrives under pressure and is able to perform multiple functions at the same time
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven leadership skills which supports an environment of employee growth and development, interdepartmental teamwork and exceptional customer service
  • Hospitality Diploma an asset
