FR - Second de Cuisine (H/F/X)

Nous recherchons un cuisinier qualifié pour notre restaurant le Twickenham Pub/ IBIS STYLES cuisine à base de produits frais et de saison, un second de cuisine ayant le sens du détail et un esprit d'équipe.
Vos futures missions :
- Le Second de cuisine est le bras droit du Chef exécutif, il est capable de diriger l’équipe en l’absence du Chef exécutif et d’occuper tous les postes de la cuisine si nécessaire.
- Passer les commandes fournisseur et suivre les stocks
- Elaboration des plats de la carte sous les ordres du Chef exécutif
- Participer à l’élaboration des menus
- Participer à la réception et aux contrôles des approvisionnements, dans le respect des normes d’hygiène en vigueur
- Participation, suivi et contrôle de la mise en place du service.
- Veiller au bon déroulement du service de qualité établie par le Chef.
- Surveiller les dates limites de consommation
- Veiller au rangement et au nettoyage optimal de la cuisine et des chambres froides
- Assurer un soutien aux différents collaborateurs de la brigade de cuisine sur leur poste de travail
- Animer l’équipe et aider au maintien de la motivation des membres.
- Aider à faire évoluer les collaborateurs.
