Hôtel restaurant de 116 chambres. Restaurant le 129eme ouvert le midi de 12H00 à 14H00 et tous les soirs de 18H30 à 21H30 (dernière commande).
Cuisinier / Commis de cuisine (H/F) CDD minimum 4 mois renouvelable (remplacement collaborateur en arrêt de travail)
30H par semaine : travail le soir 16H10 à 22H30
2 jours de repos par semaine
Badgeuse pour enregistrement des heures
Connaissance en cuisine traditionnelle
Assurer la mise en place et la préparation des produits et des mets
Assurer le nettoyage et l’entretien de la cuisine, dans le respect des conditions d’hygiène et de sécurité HACCP
Assurer la rotation des stocks et de l’approvisionnement
Participer à la mise en place et ensuite au dressage
Participer à la plonge du restaurant
Nettoyage quotidien dans le respect des consignes et des normes
Votre expérience et vos compétences incluent :
Savoir maitriser les produits et les techniques culinaires
Excellente communication et esprit d’équipe
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
Respect des consignes
CDD de 4 mois minimum pouvant être prolongé en fonction de l'absence d'un des membres du personnel.
