WHO ARE YOU?
You’re a natural host and confident, hands‑on leader who thrives in fast‑paced, social environments. You bring strong energy, creativity, and a passion for great food, design, and guest connection. You inspire others through your attitude, your presence, and your ability to create warm, memorable moments in a space that feels alive and effortless.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Oversee daily F&B operations across all services.
- Shape the vibe through lighting, music, flow, and atmosphere.
- Maintain the Social Hub’s curated TRIBE style and presentation.
- Welcome and engage guests with genuine warmth.
- Use product knowledge to upsell and enhance experiences.
- Act on guest feedback quickly and thoughtfully.
- Coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Lead by example in standards, pace, and professionalism.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
- Manage stock, ordering, POS accuracy, and rosters.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and equipment standards.
- Support other departments as needed, including grab & go and check‑ins.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in an F&B supervisory role.
- Duty Manager’s Certificate (required).
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
- Leadership presence with excellent communication.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for people, food, design, and the guest experience.
