Job Description
The ultimate hospitality multitasker. You’re the energy in the Social Hub—the person who keeps everything flowing effortlessly and makes our space feel alive. From crafting coffees to shaking cocktails, resetting the vibe to resetting a table, stocking the bar to sparking conversations, you’re at your best when you’re doing a bit of everything.
You’ll jump between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house tasks with ease: welcoming guests, supporting check‑ins, plating Grab & Go items, setting up breakfast, keeping the space beautiful, and making sure our food rituals feel warm, smooth and memorable. You’re the “Master of Hospitality”—attentive, authentic, curious, and always ready to create a moment of connection.
You know how to read a room, set the scene, uplift the atmosphere, and make guests feel instantly at home. You love design, social spaces, great conversations, local culture, and working as part of a supportive, creative collective.
Bar experience is a plus!
