Liderar estrategicamente a área de Food & Beverage, assegurando a excelência operacional, a satisfação dos clientes e colaboradores e a rentabilidade do departamento. Será responsável pela gestão integrada de todos os pontos de venda de restauração (restaurante, bar, pequenos-almoços, room service, banquetes e eventos), definindo estratégias comerciais e operacionais que potenciem o crescimento da receita, a otimização de custos e a diferenciação da experiência do cliente.
Como membro da equipa de direção do hotel, contribuirá ativamente para a definição e execução da estratégia do hotel, promovendo uma cultura de elevado desempenho, inovação, colaboração e melhoria contínua.
- Formação superior em Gestão Hoteleira, Gestão, Turismo, Restauração ou área equivalente.
- Experiência mínima de 5 anos em funções de liderança de Food & Beverage, preferencialmente em hotelaria 5 estrelas.
- Experiência comprovada na liderança de equipas multidisciplinares e operações de elevada complexidade.
- Conhecimentos sólidos de gestão financeira aplicada à restauração, incluindo orçamentação, controlo de custos, forecasting e análise de indicadores de desempenho.
- Experiência na gestão de restaurantes, bares, banquetes, eventos e cozinhas.
- Conhecimentos de HACCP, segurança alimentar e legislação laboral.
- Elevada orientação para o cliente, qualidade e resultados.
- Forte capacidade de liderança inspiradora, coaching e desenvolvimento de equipas.
- Excelentes competências de comunicação, negociação e relacionamento interpessoal.
- Perfil analítico, estratégico e orientado para a tomada de decisão.
- Elevada capacidade de organização, planeamento e gestão da mudança.
- Domínio das ferramentas Microsoft Office e sistemas de gestão hoteleira e POS.
- Fluência em português e inglês, sendo o conhecimento de uma terceira língua valorizado.
