Job Description

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with F&B management leaders to execute the day-to-day operations of the Spice Central Kitchen and Bar.
  • Deliver personalised service with passion and professionalism, constantly striving to maintain and exceed our guests’ expectations and Heartist Service philosophy.
  • Animate the restaurant and bar to make it a fun, unique and enjoyable experience for all guests. through creative activations, events.
  • Control the beverage stock and carry out regular stock takes.
  • Familiarize yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
  • Be knowledgeable and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.

Qualifications

What we are looking for?

  • A creative flair and a natural ability to generate ideas to make our functions memorable. 
  • Experience in food & beverage operations and events roles within the hotel industry
  • Experience in Conference & Events an advantage
  • The ability to work within a team and build report with all departments in the business
  • Highly organised self-starter with the ability to effectively manage priorities
  • Projects a professional image through presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to think on their feet and solve problems 
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English on a business level; additional languages are a plus
  • A high standard of grooming and presentation
  • Availability to work on a seven days rotating roster AM and PM shifts
