As our Food & Beverage Manager, you will strategically lead our team to take guest satisfaction to the next level. You will be a hands-on leader, responsible for our breakfast operations and bustling MeeSo. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is guest obsessed with industry experience.

You will;

• Lead and mentor our talented operational team
• Recruit, train and welcome new F&B team members, encouraging them to work the HEARTIST way
• Work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef on menu planning and product selection
• Possess strong beverage knowledge and stock management skills
• Be responsible for rostering and attendance records across the department

Your Experience and Skills include:

• A passion for all things Food & Beverage with industry knowledge and familiarity with the Sydney market
• Experience working with Japanese & Korean cuisine
• A guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
• An authentic leadership style with the skills to motivate colleagues and build/maintain stakeholder relationships
• Availability to work full-time hours across a rotating roster
• A valid NSW RSA
• Valid Australian working rights
