Stagiaire pôle restauration Hôtel F/H ville Cahors
Mission:

Vous confectionnerez les salades des clients, vous assurerez le remplissage des vitrines (bases de salades, boissons, desserts et ingrédients). Vous veillerez au bon fonctionnement du restaurant, à la propreté de votre poste, à la qualité et à l'efficacité du service et au bien-être des clients. Le poste offre une variété complète de missions sur l'ensemble de la vie du restaurant : cuisine, service, encaissement, réception des commandes, gestion de la salle, plonge, mascotte.
Vos missions
1- Volet Atelier Cuisine
- Découpe d'ingrédients / Mise en place - Production quotidienne - Respect et application des procédures du manuel de savoir-faire, des normes d'Hygiène et Sécurité - Réception des marchandises - Rangement et nettoyage de votre atelier cuisine et des ustensiles que vous utilisez - Aucune cuisson hormis les pâtes et le riz ! Vous êtes donc partie prenante de la production en Atelier Cuisine, où votre rigueur et votre sens de l'organisation vous permettront de réaliser une production de qualité.
2- Volet Service Comptoir
- Accueillir conseiller et informer le client - Prendre et réaliser les commandes - Encaisser le client - Veiller à la propreté du restaurant - Excellent relationnel (courtoisie et formules de politesse) - Rapidité d'exécution - Capacité d'adaptation - Maîtrise et application des normes d'hygiène

Profile:
- Sans expérience acceptée
- Excellente présentation et sens de l'accueil
