Our Stables KGB Attendants are a key component to the colleague experience at Chateau Lake Louise - offering a friendly face and warm food at the end of a working day. Stables KGB operates 365 days a year, primarily servicing the staff of Chateau Lake Louise.

Pay Rate: $19.47/hour

Job Duties Include:

• Perform kitchen duties such as peeling and cutting vegetables, preparing pizza dough, working the line and cooking food orders
• Adhere to standardized recipes and specifications in order to maintain consistency and quality
• Ensure that food production, handling, and storage are in accordance with food safety guidelines
• Maintain an accurate cash float
• Take food orders and serve guest in store and by phone

• Food preparation/culinary experience required
• Working knowledge of commonly used industrial kitchen equipment
• Experience in cash handling and use of a POS (eg. Micros) an asset
• Ability to consistently walk and stand for long periods
