With its 8 colleagues, the bar team at the Boilerman Bar Munich ensures taste explosions in a glass. The Boilerman Bar Munich is marketed as an independent concept and targets the neighborhood with highballs. We look forward to welcoming you as a bar manager (m/f/d) in the evening in our Boilerman Bar.

How does your working day look like ... 

• You will plan the work schedule, lead the team and support your colleagues in their development
• You ensure correct billing and clean administrative processes
• You take responsibility for your budget and develop the bar entrepreneurially
• You are a competent and open-minded contact and sparring partner for the highballers
• You support your colleagues with an infectious smile when all the guests storm the bar at the same time and want a drink
• You stay on top of things even when plans change spontaneously

Your personality counts more than your CV ...

• You have gained initial management experience in a bar and speak fluent English
• You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. You also know your way around Munich and always have a few tips on the scene at hand
• You are enthusiastic about the bar scene and bar culture and enjoy discovering new concepts
• You're a doer - and openly admit when you've done something wrong
• You not only bring your skills, but also your character
