We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team on a Part-Time or Casual basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic food and beverage operation, delivering exceptional service across our restaurant, bar, breakfast, and events offerings while creating memorable experiences for our guests every day.
Job Description
- Deliver friendly and professional service to guests across our restaurant, bar, breakfast, and events operations.
- Take food and beverage orders, prepare and serve drinks, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Set up, maintain, and clean service areas to the highest standards.
- Assist with stock replenishment, table service, and general outlet presentation.
- Respond to guest enquiries and feedback in a positive and professional manner.
- Follow all food safety, RSA, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the wider hotel team to ensure seamless daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Bar, Café, or Hospitality role is preferred.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Full working rights in Australia.
