Job Description
Located on the doorstep of Surry Hills & Oxford Street, Ibis Styles Sydney Central is the perfect destination for guests to experience all that Sydney has to offer! We are currently seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team!
This role will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests across Mee So and our breakfast service.
As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will:
- Take orders and serve food and beverages with a friendly and positive attitude
- Provide menu recommendations
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of dining spaces and working areas
- Uphold a high standard of guest service to create memorable dining experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Your skills and experience will include:
- Experience in a similar role or customer facing position
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability across weekdays & weekends working a rotating roster
- The physical capacity to stand and move for extended periods of time and lift heavy items
- Ability to work well in a dynamic environment
- A valid NSW RSA
- Valid Australian working rights
