Job Description
Located in the heart of Sydney CBD, ibis Styles Sydney Central is home to Mee So – a vibrant, contemporary dining destination full of flavour and personality. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences to our valued and loyal guests. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll play an active role in the day-to-day operations of Mee So, bringing your creativity and expertise to the bar while crafting and serving both classic and innovative cocktails and beverages.
Qualifications
Your skills and experience will include:
- Previous experience in a bartender or bar service role, with a strong understanding of cocktails, spirits, wine and beverages.
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Confident cocktail-making skills, with the ability to deliver both classic and innovative drinks with consistency.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- A positive, energetic and professional attitude, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to responsible service.
- A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
