The Island Chapter: Two Openings, One Story

We’re bringing LUURA to the beautiful island of Paros with not one, but two exceptional hotels:

Luura Paros Cliff – Opening June 2026 with 37 elegantly designed rooms, our signature restaurant Mimi Kakushi and La Cantine Beach and much more to explore.

Following a year later, with 49 more rooms and additional vibrant F&B venues that capture the spirit of the island Luura Paros Sand will open its doors.


Job Description

Your Role in the Story

As our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance operations across Luura Paros Cliff and Luura Paros Sand. Working closely with the Cluster Director of Finance, you’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and control in all financial matters, while supporting the business with timely insights and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily accounting operations including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies and local regulations.
  • Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are completed and accurate.
  • Support preparation of budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the Director of Finance.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with audit, tax, and governance requirements.
  • Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and support treasury activities.
  • Provide variance analysis and cost reports to highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with operational leaders to track expenses, optimize costs, and improve profitability.
  • Supervise and develop the finance team, promoting accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as key support to the Director of Finance in all financial planning and reporting.

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in hotel finance or accounting management, ideally within luxury or lifestyle hotels.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with local regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Effective communicator with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
  • Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellence.
