Fairmont Gold Server (Luxury Lounge)

Nestled at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, just two hours north of Downtown Vancouver, Fairmont Chateau Whistler defines mountain luxury. Fairmont Gold Server

The personalized service you provide as part of the Fairmont Gold Team, as you greet your guests at check-in, or serve them in the private lounge, contributes to the luxury our guests experience, creating a sense of loyalty that will ensure their return.

This is a full-time, seasonal position, starting November / December, and ending in April.

Starting Rate of Pay: $21.00 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $24.55 per hour.

Job Duties Include:

• Ensure menu and food presentation is in keeping with Fairmont Gold standards
• Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty, and returning bookings
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Provide exceptional information to our guests about local and area attractions

• Serving It Right Qualification required
• Must possess a professional presentation
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
