En tant que Restaurant manager, vous serez chargé de superviser tous les aspects des opérations de notre restaurant, d'assurer un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et de mener une équipe dévouée vers le succès.
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du restaurant, y compris la gestion du personnel, le service à la clientèle et le contrôle de la qualité.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à accroître le chiffre d'affaires et la rentabilité.
- Créez et gérez les horaires du personnel, en veillant à une couverture optimale pendant les heures de pointe.
- Contrôler et maintenir les normes de qualité des aliments et des boissons
- gérer les stocks, passer les commandes et contrôler les coûts
- Veiller au respect de la réglementation en matière de sécurité alimentaire et des normes du service de santé.
- Traiter les demandes, les commentaires et les plaintes des clients de manière professionnelle et efficace.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de cuisine pour élaborer et mettre à jour les menus.
- Organiser et superviser les événements spéciaux et les promotions.
- Organiser régulièrement des sessions de formation pour le personnel afin d'améliorer la qualité et l'efficacité du service.
- Analyser les données relatives aux ventes et préparer des rapports à l'intention de la direction.
- Maintenir un environnement de restauration propre, sûr et accueillant.
- Expérience confirmée en tant que manager de restaurant ou dans un rôle de direction similaire dans le secteur de la restauration.
- Forte passion pour l'industrie de l'alimentation et des boissons
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps
- Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de restaurant et des systèmes de point de vente (POS)
- Solide connaissance de la gestion financière, y compris de la budgétisation et du contrôle des coûts
- Connaissance approfondie des réglementations et des meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité alimentaire
- Capacités exceptionnelles de leadership et de gestion d'équipe
- Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de service à la clientèle, avec pour objectif de créer des expériences gastronomiques mémorables
- Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et capacité à prendre des décisions rapides dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication en anglais et en français
