Food & Beverage Coordinator

You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team your various projects.

What you will be doing:
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
- Coordinate and provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage Director, Venues Director, and Events Director
- Serve as a principal source of information for the Food & Beverage team
- Perform a variety of non-routine duties in the coordination, administration, and implementation of F&B projects, events, and processes
- Prepare and maintain your department’s record
- Maintain and distribute all training materials for food and beverage new hires
- Organize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support duties
- Work closely and liaison with other key departments including Sales, Catering, Executive Office and Talent & Culture
- Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards
- Follow all safety policies
Your experience and skills include:
- Administrative experience is required
- Previous property management system experience an asset
- Must possess strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
- Heightened attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
- Competency using a variety of computer software
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation: Subject to experience and qualification, hourly rate of pay will range from $25.00 - $27.00 per hour.
Visa Requirements: Successful candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
