Job Description

What’s in it for you:

  • Welcome the guest with a warm smile and assist to the reception area
  • Take record and confirm restaurant reservations / cancellations in accordance with departmental standards
  • Ensure that the hostess stand is cleaned and organized.
  • Review the Reservation book, pre-assign designated tables and follow up on all special requests
  • Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires
  • Actively listen to guests’ complaints and inform the guest relations team
