Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Leading and training all the culinary team on menu execution and technique
- Ensure adherence to food hygiene practice and health safety regulation
- Maintain impeccable food quality presentation, adhering to established guidance
- Assist in the development of new menus, recipes, and culinary concepts in line with premium hospitality standards.
- Control food costs, inventory, portioning, and waste while maximizing profitability.
- Strong competency in banquet and event high volume operations, ensuring seamless execution, efficiency, and exceptional guest satisfaction
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Culinary qualifications and proven experience
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation principles to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and modern cooking techniques.
- The ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and delivery of high-quality products.
