Job Description
- Build a strong culinary culture that connects Pakistan’s culinary heritage with international standards, promoting excellence, teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement within the kitchen department.
- Ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, presentation, and compliance with international culinary standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop the culinary team through ongoing training, mentoring, and continuous learning opportunities.
- Create innovative menus while managing food cost, hygiene standards, HACCP compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with the Food & Beverage leadership team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and create innovative, distinctive culinary events throughout the year for our guests.
- Analyze kitchen performance metrics, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability without compromising quality
- Oversee food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols, ensuring full compliance with HACCP standards and local health regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of culinary experience, including previous Executive Chef experience in a luxury hotel or large-scale hospitality operation.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop multicultural culinary teams.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and nurturing talent.
- Excellent knowledge of international cuisine, food safety standards, and cost management.
- Creative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
