Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with top executives to streamline operations, drive business performance, and support strategic initiatives across the organization.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic business plans and objectives
  • Analyze financial reports, including P&L statements and month-end reports, to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with overall company goals
  • Participate in high-level management meetings, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and standards
  • Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Implement and maintain robust systems for equipment maintenance, security, and inventory management
  • Act as a liaison between executive leadership and other departments, facilitating effective communication and project coordination
  • Develop and refine operational policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executive leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Proven track record of successful project management and operational improvements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and reports
  • Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team supervision and mentoring
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory
