Job Description

What your workday looks like …

You are a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and excel at building strong connections with our guests to make every event unforgettable.
You handle group inquiries, events, and internal functions while maintaining close communication with all departments.
You independently manage your daily schedule, sticking to agreements even with a packed calendar and a full email inbox.
You keep a clear overview, even when every room in the house is booked, and all lines are buzzing.

Ideally, you already have professional experience in a similar role in events or reservations.
With your positive attitude and hands-on mentality, you inspire our clients and ensure every event runs smoothly.
You’re a doer—and you’re not afraid to admit when you’ve made a mistake.
You bring not only your skills but also your personality to the table.
