Job Description

  • Researching and booking various types of entertainers, such as musicians, comedians, magicians, dancers, etc.
  • Negotiating the terms and conditions of the contracts with the performers and the venues
  • Supervising the setup and breakdown of the equipment and the stage
  • Monitoring the performance and the audience feedback and making adjustments as needed
  • Handling any issues or complaints that may arise during or after the events
  • Evaluating the effectiveness and profitability of the entertainment programs and reporting to the senior management
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, sales, catering, and operations, to ensure the smooth running of the events
  • Developing and implementing new and innovative ideas to attract and retain guests and increase customer satisfaction

Qualifications

a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event management, or a related field, as well as several years of experience in the entertainment industry

 


Additional Information

have excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as a creative and flexible mindset. You should be able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and deal with different types of people and situations. You should also have a passion for entertainment and a good knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the field.
