We are looking for an experienced English teacher to join our bright team. If you love English and have the ability to teach the language with patience and tact, let’s meet.
Your main goal will be to create a supportive learning environment which will help the employees to meet their learning goals. Through interesting and diverse methods, you’ll teach them the important rules of reading, writing, and speaking in English. You’ll oversee their progress by tracking their assignment and exam grades, in order to provide useful feedback.
Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:
- Teach basic English skills including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Compose lesson plans in order to successfully incorporate the full duration of each lesson.
- Execute lessons efficiently using different styles of teaching depending on the content.
- Engage employees to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere.
- Instruct employees about the structure and content of the English language.
- Teach employees the spelling of words, and their meanings.
- Emphasize the rules of composition, grammar and sentence construction.
- Teach employees the correct pronunciation of words.
- Teach employees to think critically when studying literature and poetry.
- Teach employees to analyze and question media reports, advertisements, and news reports.
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in English Language or English Literature. MSc is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a teaching role.
- Knowledge of various teaching methods
- The ability to compile lesson plans efficiently.
- Deep understanding of the national curriculum and English language requirements
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- A patient and resilient personality
- The ability to execute lessons with meaning, in a fun, and engaging manner.
- Computer Skills.
