Duty Manager (Part-Time)

We are seeking a dynamic Duty Manager to join Pullman Palm Cove Sea Temple Resort & Spa, an upscale 5-star resort located on the stunning southern end of Palm Cove beach. Our resort offers unparalleled experiences, from relaxing at our award-winning Vie Day Spa to enjoying cocktails by one of our three Melaleuca Tree-ringed pools at the Lagoon Bar.

• Supervise daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and smooth functioning of all departments
• Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to maintain high service standards
• Oversee guest check-in/check-out processes, resolving any guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize hotel efficiency, from housekeeping to food and beverage services
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations to create a secure and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service best practices
