Job Description

Director of Talent & Culture

The Director of Talent & Culture encompasses a wide range of responsibilities related to managing the human capital within an organization. The person is responsible for the development & formulation of policies, procedures and practices to support the operational needs of the Hotel.

The Director of Talent and Culture supervises and provides consultation to the management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations. The person is also expected to take leadership role in developing a culture that supports the hotel's strategic goals. S/he will lead performance management, talent assessment, and effective labor relationships, including negotiating and administering labor agreements.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Your experience and skills include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Human Resources Management
  • He/She should foster a cordial relationship with the local community and all stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of labor and employment law.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer contact skills.
  • Results and service oriented with an eye for details.
  • Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
  • A team player & builder.
  • A motivator & self-starter.
  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
