We are an organisation with a heart, which is why we are looking for an empathetic and seasoned Director of Talent and Culture to join our friendly and diverse team.
- Be a trusted advisor to the GM, and partner to ExCom with the ability to see multiple viewpoints and execute agreed plans with empathy and professionalism
- Act as an employee advocate and maintain high ethical standards – ensuring consultation, collaboration and coaching are at the core of how we implement initiatives
- Advise, consult and partner with leadership team regarding workforce planning, succession planning, building leadership capability, performance management and coaching, team building and change management.
- Promote and implement Accor diversity initiatives, ensuring engagement & promotion
- Sensitively manage IR and performance issues within the Hotel
- Lead and mentor a team of passionate T&C professionals
- A creative problem solver with strong commercial aptitude, outstanding leadership and engagement skills
- Have excellent interpersonal, influencing, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultation skills
- Demonstrated experience in the field of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Learning & Development in a similar setting
- Exhibit constructive leadership behaviour and ability to lead by example to create Heartist Culture
- A passion for Hospitality or Service Culture
