Job Description

  • The position is responsible for assisting in developing Accor Hotels & Resorts within South Asia through harvesting new leads, conducting project/financial feasibility studies and negotiation of franchise and management contracts with the objective of growing Accor hotel network in the respective Region. This position is directly linked to the growth of Accor hotel network in the respective Region.
  • Prepare proposals, Meet Owners, Site inspections
  • Prepare MOUs and negotiation of MOUs
  • Negotiation of HMA/FA and conclude the signing A for hotels of all brands within South Asia
  • Oversee/prepare HMPs, projections and feasibility for renewals and manage the approval process, Monthly wemax updates, signing priorities


  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Hospitality Management, Real Estate or a similar field of study is a requirement.
  • Majors in accounting, marketing, finance, property management or tourism & hospitality management are desirable.
  • Previous experience in hotel development is preferred
  • Good knowledge of the lodging and hospitality industry, hotel management and franchise agreements, as well as investment principles with relevant experience in the hotel and/or commercial real estate industries. 
  • Additional experience in other aspects of the lodging, hospitality and/or real estate finance is highly desirable, though not a requirement.
  • Strong computer skills with an emphasis on spreadsheet modeling and PowerPoint
