We’re on the lookout for new talent to join our Development team at Ennismore!
We’re hiring a Manager Development for the Middle East, Africa & Türkiye.
You’ll need a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience as a Manager in hotel consulting, asset management or development — and more importantly:
• You know how to build real relationships
• You’re commercially sharp and financially fluent
• You understand hotel deals and the legal framework of HMA's
• You’re passionate about the industry and ready to get stuck in
The role comes with exposure to some of the most exciting parts of our business — from hotels to branded residences, food & beverage, and member clubs.

- Ideally a degree in a business/hospitality related subject
- Analytically minded
- Ideally Arabic fluency as well as English - a nice to have but not required
