Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Director, Brand Partnerships & Guest Experience, MEA APAC to join our team. This role will be based in Thailand and will be reporting directly to the VP Brand Management & Marketing, MEA APAC. This role is responsible for executing the region’s Premium, Midscale, and Economy Brands partnerships strategy through onboarding and activating of potential regional partners.  Optimize revenue and Guest Experience performance through leading best-in-class customer experience culture. Monitoring KPI’s and negotiating commercially viable contracts in collaboration with Global brand leads. This position is required to understand and align internal & external stakeholders’ needs and limitations, enhance the value proposition and attractiveness of the specific Premium, Midscale, and Economy brands in region. Strong project management and problem-solving skills required to bring brands partnerships pipeline to fruition and drive excellence in brand experience and compliance. 

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities: 

Premium, Midscale, Economy Brand Partnerships 

  • Own, develop and manage regional relationships with key strategic partners. 

  • Develop strategic direction to create, improve and/or expand PME brands partnership programs. 

  • Act as the lead expert on negotiation strategy and execution of partner-related contracts, ensuring exclusivity to innovative brand programs.  

  • Demonstrate positive ROI on partner relayed activities and programs. 

  • Budget Management & oversight. 

  • Own all executional components of PME Brands partnerships – roll out, internal/external communications, tacking, guest and hotel feedback, partner satisfaction. 

  • Hand in hand collaboration with Brand regional leadership, Events & PR colleagues collaborate to leverage the partnership relationships as key brand moments, program launches, and ongoing experience programs to be replicated at scale. 

  • Work cross-functionally to develop and plan best practice strategies and ensure project taskforces are clear on deliverables, timelines, roles, and responsibilities.  

  • Act as central point of contact for PME Brand Partnerships, providing guidance and direction to regional and local hotel teams. 

  • Source and manage production companies, agencies, and vendors to ensure they meet the specific design direction and guidelines to ensure consistent brand expression and delivery. 

  • Foster and maintain relationships with key partners and relevant agencies, media partners etc. 

Premium, Midscale, Economy Brand Experience  

  • Inspire and provide strategic guidance across the customer experience community leading best-in-class performance. 

  • Drive and activate brand experience culture, strategy and the customer journey excellence through operational recommendations and tools. 

  • Strive for continuous improvement through brand compliance, expertise and best practices. 

  • Lead brand standards content definition, impeded hotel self assessment culture and lead external brand audit process with brand compliance target setting and performance governance across MEA APAC.


Qualifications

What we need from you 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Business Management with minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing/Partnership/Branding 

  • Knowledgeable in Financial Services and/or Airlines are desirable. 

  • Proven relationships with Fortune 100 brands from retail, fashion, CPG, Tech, Fitness, Airlines, and Finance Institutions 

  • Familiar working in Matrix-reporting environment 

  • Commercial Acumen 

  • Project Management 

  • Entrepreneurial & strategic spirit – ability to detect potential. 

  • Collaborative & interpersonal skills. 

  • Problem solving skills. 

  • Ability to listen, understand, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
