- Soutenir les relations de travail, incluant les mesures disciplinaires et les demandes de congés spéciaux.
- Superviser et accompagner l'équipe Talent & Culture dans leurs activités quotidiennes.
- Coordonner les processus d’embauche, de transfert et les entrevues de départ des leaders.
- Assurer le suivi et l’analyse des données clés (rapports de turnover, prévisions, listes syndicales, etc.).
- Gérer les outils et procédures internes (SOP, paie, INES)
- Promouvoir la reconnaissance collègue en initiant diverses initiatives et en participant au comité Cœur à cœur.
- Expérience pertinente d’au moins 3 ans en ressources humaines, de préférence dans une entreprise de service haut de gamme.
- Expérience en milieu syndiqué au Québec.
- Passionné·e et mobilisateur·rice, capable de rallier les équipes autour des objectifs de l’entreprise.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer efficacement son temps.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. Pour échanger avec des parties prenantes en anglais.
- Diplôme en Relations Industrielles ou Gestion des Ressources Humaines (atout).
- Expérience pertinente d’au moins 3 ans en ressources humaines, de préférence dans une entreprise de service haut de gamme.
- Expérience en milieu syndiqué au Québec.
