Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead the overall Cost Control function by ensuring effective inventory management, accurate cost reporting, and compliance with company policies and financial standards.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives through detailed analysis of food, beverage, and operating expenses while supporting profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other operational departments to strengthen internal controls and support informed business decisions.
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Strong expertise in food & beverage costing, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal audit processes.
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Ability to perform hands-on repair and maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
